Return Policy
All Friendly Reminders products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-return policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 21 days of delivery at hello@laceyshares.com. Include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide either:
- A replacement product at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Claims submitted after 21 days cannot be honored.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@laceyshares.com with your order number. We will investigate with our shipping partners and work to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Tracking down the package
- Sending a replacement
- Issuing a refund if the package cannot be located
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will appear in your account within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
